BabySentry is developed by BabySentry Ltd. of Limassol, Cyprus, with a North American arm in California, and has been deployed since 2002. Their published materials list installations across the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and France.
The published module set covers demographics, scheduling, male and female assessment, treatment planning, ART cycles, cryopreservation, genetics, obstetrics, accounting, statistics and a case timeline.
Their integration list is the most specific of any vendor we reviewed: hospital systems including Epic, Cerner and DxCare; reference laboratories including LabCorp, Quest and Natera; DICOM imaging from Samsung, Philips and GE; CASA systems from Hamilton Thorne and LensHooke; embryo imaging from Vitrolife and Genea Biomedx; and registry submission to SART, HFEA and ANZARD. A patient application is published alongside.

Named, proven integrations
Naming Epic, Cerner, LabCorp, Quest, Natera, Samsung, Philips, GE, Hamilton Thorne and Vitrolife on your own website is a commitment. FertiliCore integrates via the standards those systems speak rather than through pre-proven named connectors — which means our first installation against a given vendor is commissioning work theirs has already done.
Three registries and an obstetrics module
SART, HFEA and ANZARD submission, plus obstetric follow-up beyond the point where most fertility systems stop. FertiliCore has one registry connector.
Accounting and a patient app
Both are part of the published product. FertiliCore has neither.

Genetics depth beyond a genetics module
BabySentry publishes a genetics module and integrations to reference laboratories such as Natera. FertiliCore models the assays themselves — array-CGH matrices with per-chromosome copy number and megabase-sized segmental imbalances, per-marker allele tables for monogenic and saviour-sibling HLA cases, blastomere scoring nucleus by nucleus, and DNA-fingerprint maternal-contamination exclusion. If you run the laboratory rather than send to one, that gap is wide.
Deployment on your own infrastructure
FertiliCore installs into your clinic or a private cloud tenancy in your name, on standard PostgreSQL, with the isolation and audit guarantees enforced by the database rather than by the application.
Arabic, right-to-left
We found no Arabic interface described in BabySentry's published materials. In the Gulf and the Levant this is often the first question asked and the last one that gets a satisfactory answer.

Probably, but honestly: not for free. Our laboratory connector speaks ASTM and HL7 ORU over a TCP feed or a watched folder, which is what most analysers emit — but the first installation against a given instrument is commissioning work, whereas a vendor who has named that instrument has already done it. Tell us the exact models and we will say what is involved rather than assert that it just works.
Do you have an obstetrics module?
We model pregnancy follow-up through to delivery and the neonatal record — serial β-hCG, antenatal checkups, outcome, APGAR, birth weight, anomalies and NICU admission, plus maternal and postpartum complications and recurrent-loss work-up. What we do not claim is a general obstetric care record for managing an ongoing pregnancy as a maternity service.
