These terms cover the website

They govern your use of fertilicore.com. They are not the licence for the FertiliCore software, which is granted under a separate written agreement between Omnicore Stratejik Teknolojiler Ltd. Şti. and the licensing organisation. Nothing on this website forms part of that agreement or varies it.

Product information is descriptive, not contractual

We take considerable care that what this site says about FertiliCore is accurate, and we deliberately state what the product does not do as well as what it does. Even so, the software is under active development and its capabilities change. Descriptions here are provided for information, do not constitute a warranty or a specification, and should not be relied upon as the basis of a purchase. The scope of any deployment is what is set out in the written agreement for it.

Comparisons with other products

The comparison pages describe competing products using those vendors' own published materials, which are linked on each page, and each page carries the date it was last reviewed. Figures a vendor publishes about itself are identified as that vendor's claim rather than as verified fact. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is implied. If you believe anything we have published about your product is inaccurate or unfair, write to omnia@omnicore.com.tr and we will review and correct it.

FertiliCore is a clinical information system intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals. Nothing on this website is medical advice, a clinical guideline or a substitute for professional judgement, and no clinical outcome is promised or implied by any capability described here.

The content, design, text and graphics of this site are owned by Omnicore Stratejik Teknolojiler Ltd. Şti. or used with permission. You may read, quote and link to it with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale as your own.

Availability and links

We make no promise that the site will be available uninterrupted or free of error. Links to third-party websites are provided for reference; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the content of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Kocaeli have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
